Run by Deadly Ed Barzini, the Factory was known to be one of the most heavily guarded buildings in the whole of France City. The Factory was partnered with the Barzini Maritime Hub in Old Town, which it traded numerous imports and jewels with from the dockyards until the Barzini factory was conquered.

Run by Deadly Ed Barzini, the Factory was known to be one of the most heavily guarded buildings in the whole of France City. The Factory was partnered with the Barzini Maritime Hub in Old Town, which it traded numerous imports and jewels with from the dockyards until the Barzini factory was conquered. However, in 2011, the Factory was taken over by the Corleone Family, an act which nearly crippled their rivals. Barzini Mansion was destroyed shortly after, and the buildings became property of the Corleones, until Paul Fortunato and his regime stepped in and took over, defeating all of the Corleones that guarded it.
