HistoryText	Inspector Collazo is a Police Inspector in the New York Police Department. He is the second human to meet the superhero alien Union after his arrival on Earth. After their meeting, they shared a "live and let live" professional relationship wherein Collazo could call upon Union for help during investigations involving superpowered beings and/or aliens. Collazo first met Union in Manhattan, New York after Union was initially arrested by patrolmen while trying to stop a supervillain named The Quickness. They collaborated to stop The Quickness in his spree of thefts throughout the city and thus established their professional relationship as an unofficial team. Collazo would not directly meet Union again until he called for him to identify the body of Maikone who was found dead on Coney Island, another one of Union's people from his homeworld, he explained to the Inspector, Maikone had supposedly left earth months earlier.
