The event known as the Flight of the Anthians happened during the fall of the Frontacian Empire. As the Frontacians were trying to maintain their hold on the known world. They had driven a group of Hithuals deep into the Great Divide, where they stumbled upon a colony of Anthians. The Frontacians demanded that the Anthians swear alliagence to the Empire, which was refused. In response, the Frontacians kidnapped the Anthian leaders instead of dealing with the Hithuals nearby. An army of about 200 enraged Anthians fought against nearly 2000 Frontacians. The Hithuals seized the oppertunity to sneak around and attack the Frontacian army from the rear. With the combined efforts of the Hithual and Anthian forces, the Frontacian army was completely wiped out, winning the area independence from th
