Fozzie's dad happens to have a pile of old lumber and some wheels cluttering up his lawn, so Fozzie, Piggy and Kermit decide to build a wagon. They each envision a different style of wagon, and they end up building a horrible patchwork thing with bent wheels and a dazed expression. To help them resolve their differences, Fozzie's dad tells them a story about three carpenters who solve their civic problems by cooking a turkey that's larger than all of them put together.
