Morgul Armour was made by the servants of Sauron in the rotting city of Minas Morgul (formerly Minas Ithil), and is currently only worn in the mod by players. Angmar Orc warriors wore the armour (minus the helmet), until they were removed in Public Beta 24. The set (especially the helm) resembles the Witch King's armour in Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings movie trilogy. It provides 15 points of protection, like vanilla iron armour, but has much more durability. When you fully equip a suit of Morgul armour, you gain the achievement "Witch-king".

The set (especially the helm) resembles the Witch King's armour in Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings movie trilogy. It provides 15 points of protection, like vanilla iron armour, but has much more durability. As of Beta 24, Morgul Armour no longer inflicts the wither effect on an attacker. Instead, it lowers the durability of the attacker's weapon. When you fully equip a suit of Morgul armour, you gain the achievement "Witch-king".
