Sark is a greedy halfling merchant, and was the owner of Sark's Adventure Gear in Frostkeep. Originally, he was a "travelling merchant" that had set up camp in Ashrindale, but when the Red Plague struck Ashrindale, he decided that it was no longer safe there and with the help from some adventurers he travelled to Frostkeep where he took over Dalawir's old shop. When the orcs invaded Frostkeep, Sark moved back to the south and now sells his wares at Ashrin Crossing. It is unknown from where Sark originally hails, as well as his surname, he prefers to just call himself "the Merchant".

Among the more odd items Sark used to sell in his store, was the notorious Pie Ale.
