Clodman was an old architect living in Palaedra. He appeared in the The Drawing of the Blade scenario of the The True Blade campaign in Heroes of Might and Magic IV. Shortly before Sir Worton declared that he was the heir of King Gryphonheart, Clodman completed a wall protecting a gold mine for one of the lords in the area. When Worton made his declaration, Clodman expressed his dislike of the man, so Worton's supporters beat him up and stole his Dwarven Hammer. This forced him into early retirement, since he was unable to work without it.

This forced him into early retirement, since he was unable to work without it. When Lord Lysander came to the area, he needed to pass through Clodman's wall to reach his enemy Normic. He spoke to Clodman and promised to return the man's hammer, if the architect would tear down a portion of the wall in return. The architect eagerly agreed, and Lysander was able to defeat the rebels and retake the area for Palaedra.
