Hi Adina! Here's a daal recipe for you. My family and friends love it as its instant, delicious and light to digest . STEAMED DAHI VADA Ingredients: 1 cup moong daal 1 cup urad daal 1 inch ginger 1 tsp. salt 1 pinch asafoetida(heeng) 1 tsp. coarsely crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp.Eno(fruit salt) Method: Wash and soak moong daal and urad daal together in water for 8 hrs. Drain it. Mix salt,ginger,heeng,crushed coriander seeds and make a smooth paste in a blender. Mix Eno and steam in a greased idli maker for 12 minutes on medium flame. Mix 1 tsp. salt in one ltr. normal water and put vadas in it for 5 to 10 minutes.Press each piece lightly between palms to squeeze extra water. Dip vadas in freshly beaten curd. Put in a plate.Pour tamarind chtney and green chatney.Sprinkle salt,red chilli pow
