The Jedi-Sith War, more commonly known as the Force War, was a massive, horrible conflict fought between the two rivals, the Jedi Order and the Sith Empire, lasting from 2 BBY to 0 ABY. Both the combatants clashed over the much craved desire to bring each into full extinction, and for the sole place as victor of their centuries long quarrel. In the end, as always, the Jedi Order won over the Sith Empire. The Jedi supposedly destroyed and eliminated all of the Sith. As the war ended, the total number of Jedi increased throughout the entire galaxy, while no more Sith lords were ever seen again.
