| - World War Zero (also known as Final Conflict, Great War and World War III) was a conflict fought between The Reich - a central-european superpower with the appearance of Imperial Germany or the Third Reich - and its allies in South America, Central Africa, Japan, Turkey and the Balkans on one side, and an alliance of nations, principally the nuclear powers USA and Russia on the other, setting the stage for the world of Random Kingdom III. The war appeared in very early versions of Random Kingdom III, being referenced in Earth 0. There is no real distinction of World Wars in Randon Kingdom when Terran history is concerned, the entirety of the imperial age through Napoleon until the year 2000 being referred to simply as the Warring States Period - while this does not actively rule out distinct World Wars occuring as in our timeline, according to the 2012 to 2013 Revisions, the "World Wars" of Random Kingdom's Terra were vastly different and accept several conspiracy theories as fact - the United States of America and Britain - collectively the Allies - sponsoring the rise of Hitler and his consorts as a bulwark of Atlantic commercial interests against the rise of the Soviet Union in the east - which is actually welcomed by Joseph Stalin, as it allows a casus belli of invading Europe under the pretense of safeguarding the interest of the European workers. What follows is a never-ending war across Europe in which First and Second World War are blurred. Nuclear weapons are not developed by the Allies and consequently there is no check to Japanese expansionism in Asia - which, however, seems to limit itself to the Pacific and continental East Asia, with no engagements with the US. However, the Japanese do not outright win the war in China either - in this Pacific War, various smaller states squabble endlessly between each other, including several Soviet-supported warlords, until the emergence of Eastasia in the 60's. The Allies, meanwhile, sponsor the emergence of the Brotherhood, a religious terrorist organization recruiting itself from the disenfranchised sections of world population. This allows them to erect a world dictatorship via Unit 666. The West meanwhile starts developing the first "nuclear" weapons (which in the fantasy physics of Random Kingdom have a much different way of effect) - which the Eastasians warn of, as their part of the globe has previously been devastated by such weapons, leading to the destruction of the Tlalocan civilization and the appearance of the Wild Territory and the Daikaiju. The superpowers engage in the creation of superhumans to use as combatants, however these prove impossible to control and they soon rise to rule over mankind.
