Captain Hugh Allport Hay (born 24 November 1889, date of death unknown) was a World War I flying ace credited with five aerial victories. Hay had already earned a Military Cross serving with the Royal Warwickshire Regiment when he joined No. 11 Squadron in early 1918. He flew a Bristol F.2 Fighter to five wins between 7 April and 6 September 1918. In the middle of this winning streak, in late August, Hay was appointed flight commander.
