The name of the match stands for "Title Shot or Pink Slip". Created to crop flakers and real talent among the newcomers/no-showers, this match is intended to be a low-card match. It is a Battle Royale (multi-wrestler over-the-top-rope challenge) with a time limit, usually low (e.g.: 5 minutes). When the match is over - that is, when the timer reaches zero, everybody standing inside the ring is declared winner, and are awarded a special match, such as a title shot for a low title (as the RoB Television Championship), or some kind of prize. Those who are eliminated are automatically fired from the company. If only one wrestler stands inside the ring before the time limit is over, (s)he is automatically declared the sole winner.
