The Gregor Republic was a star nation in the Gregor System that ceased to exist when the system was annexed by the Andermani Empire around 1869 PD. The Republic set up a treaty with the Star Kingdom of Manticore, which gave title of the Gregor Terminus itself to Manticore, as well as the Royal Manticoran Navy the right to maintain a fleet base and navy picket orbiting Gregor A as well as a system of forts guarding the terminus itself, under the control of Gregor Defense Command. This treaty was honored by the Empire as the Republic's successor state. (HH6, HH10)
