- Arke was the origin of three distinct cultures. Among them was the Oflair, the Essets, and the Cetran. It was these tribes that started the organization formerly known an ArkDeF. The planet became a fortress world and contained many secrets that the cultures of Arke were willing to protect at all costs.
- Arke (or Arce) is the twin sister of Iris and is sometimes affiliated with the faded second rainbow. She was the messenger goddess of the Titans.
- Arke or Arce was the daughter of Thaumas and Electra and the sister of Iris and the Harpies. She had iridescent wings compared to Iris' golden ones. During the Titanomachy, she served as the messenger of the Titans while Iris served the Olympians. After the Titans were defeated, Zeus cast her into Tartarus after stripping her of her wings, giving them to Peleus and Thetis on their wedding day. As a result, Peleus' son Achilles was sometimes referred to as "Podarces" ("swift-footed", from pous (genitive: podos) meaning foot, and Arke's name).
