These can be bought from the nation's Clan Member. Also the Ecologist cannot buy anything if the Treasurer has not given any goverment Kamas to spend.

When a player is appointed Ecologist, they will recieve a headband with a paw icon on it and a floating paw icon that shimmers above their head.
