The Imperial Department of Redesign, also known as the Imperial Redesign Team, was an elite, highly secretive corps of the Galactic Empire, tasked with subduing or liquidating troublesome non-Human species. Grand Moff 4-8C, an IG-series assassin droid, was one of their number. It was founded by Janus Greejatus, member of the Imperial Ruling Council, Dark Side Adept and a noted humanocentrist who had been involved with Darth Sidious since the latter's time as Supreme Chancellor.
