  • Lord Luchus Serek was a prominent Sith Lord during the Second Great Galactic War. He was responsible for the creation of the IX serum, a drug that controlled the actions of its victims through a code word. His attempts to apply the drug on a massive scale at Alderaan was thwarted by renegade intelligence agent Sev'ayn'ebbordau. Luchus kept a record of his work in his holocron. Luchus was eventually betrayed by his wife Lusia Serek, who sought to take Luchus' work for herself. Although he managed to escape, Luchus was mortally wounded in lightsaber combat. He transferred his life essence to his holocron in order to survive as a ghost, bound to the holocron.
