The Auxiliary Power Station is the station that Samus goes to restore the auxiliary power when the Reactor Silo goes offline. To get there, she had to defeat Yakuza and obtain the Space Jump. The auxiliary power restored all of the Navigation Rooms, Recharge Stations, Save Stations, and possibly Data Rooms. However, that left the Elevators and Doors closed. Samus had to go to Sector 2 to defeat Nettori and stop the vegetation from choking the activity of the Reactor Silo.
