Dr. Kim has published over 20 scientific articles, book chapters, and reviews in the field of orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine and shoulder surgery. He has written articles in the American Journal of Sports Medicine related to golf and shoulder injuries, anterior cruciate ligament knee reconstruction techniques, and biomechanical properties of rotator cuff repairs. He has also published articles in the Journal of Arthroscopy, the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, and Science. Dr. Kim is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Medical Association, California Medical Association, and Orange County Medical Association.
