About: Trogcombs   Sponge Permalink

An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : dbkwik.org associated with source dataset(s)

The Trogcombs were the underground caves below the Deepwoods in which the Termagant Trogs lived. Suspended from the ceiling were long, thick roots that emanated pale light which illuminated the entire complex. They lived in a network of capsule-like houses constructed from paper and nestled among the root structures. In a trog comb, there is at least one bloodoak tree from the roots of which the female trogs drank from to turn termagant. To enter the trogcombs, tunnels were hidden in the deepwoods, and the trogs would slide down into their homes.
