A second Nong Hyup, just west of the JoongAng Shijang, is all torn up and undergoing extensive construction work (Oct., 2005) There's the Jaeil Department Store, just south (in back of) the Joongang Sijang. It's an odd little place with little shops all around. The basement, with several small restaurants, is a smoker's paradise .
