Shor was a planet in the Unknown Regions that was inhabited by the Near-Human Shorak species. Shor was located near to the world Giaca and about one hundred years before the Jedi Civil War, scouts from Shor discovered Giaca. A number of expeditions were subsequently lauched from Shor to explore Giaca, but after Peroenian military forces attacked the Shorak colonists on Giaca, a war broke out between Shor and the planet Peroenia.
