Oto Oto no Mi is a logia type Devil Fruit which allows the user to create, control, and become sound waves. It was eaten by Claudia Chambers, the Musician of the Wolf Fang Pirates. The fruit's major strength is the ability to create, control, and become sound waves. A periodic disturbance of the medium (air, ground, water, etc) that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave. The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear. User can mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound, using it as a powerful physical force and high-speed movement. Other than that it has the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses. Claudia has used this fruit to manipulate the sound waves in a certain area. Using it to disorientate an enemy, dispel the sound within a certain area to sneak up on enemies, blast enemies with massive amounts of sound waves to blow them away, even make enemies go temporarily deaf by applying massive amounts of frequencies. She can even target a specific enemy and can make the sound waves only affect the enemies, thereby protecting her allies. She can also use it to amplify her guitar. She has used a variety of different attacks. Dispel: Usually used for stealth missions, Claudia dispels the sound within a certain area to sneak up and take out her foes. Sonic Scream: Claudia uses the sound waves to amplify her scream, damaging the enemy. Lie Detector: By hearing a person's heartbeat, Claudia can tell if someone is lying. Though this doesn't work against a very skilled liar who is completely comfortable while they lie.
