The Chelon-Mah were a magical race native to Freneskae, created by the Elder God Mah. Their neighbours and competitors were, among others, the Mahserrat, Mahkorat, and the Mahjarrat. During Dishonour Among Thieves, it is revealed that the 2010 strange power incident was caused by Bilrach sacrificing the last Chelon-Mah. According to Bilrach, the Chelon-Mah concluded that the strongest should live and had a great battle among each other until one was left. That Chelon-Mah focused on the Mahjarrat shortly afterwards and killed many of them before the remaining Mahjarrat left for Gielinor.
