Wizard AKA, William I. Zard, was born around 1913. He grew up living a life of crime. He was just a gun man for various crime bosses, but was ultimately ended up in jail. As time passed, Zard formulated a strategy to become a specialized kingpin. In order to accomplish this task, Zard moved to Tibet and trained under a proficient lama in the mystic arts of illusion and deception. Upon completion of his training, he proceeded to kill his own master. Returning to the United States, he embarked on a career as a criminal magician known as the Wizard.
