Nazar Mohammad was instrumental in the Court of Appeal Quila & Anor v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2010] EWCA Civ 1482 (21 December 2010) a case on "forced marriages and the age 21 years immigration rules". The result of this case is that the United Kingdom government will have to reconsider its immigration policy. Thanks to all of this experience he has been granted direct access (public access) by the Bar Council in London.
