  • Although the Agents of Chaos claimed to be an organization that would neutrally incite anarchy and spur the downfall of civilization, these goals were never their true objective; rather, they were a front to attract recruits with destructive/sociopath tendencies. The Agents of Chaos were in reality an army, and army with no purpose save destroying what they were told to destroy. The leaders of the Organization, Makuta Uhuraz and Makuta Shakaz , used the Agents of Chaos to do their dirty work, such as eliminating enemies or rivals, and overall served to aid the Makuta in trying to obtaining eventual dominion over all of Locus-Abeo. Uhuraz and Shakaz wanted an army of individuals who would go out of their way to cause mayhem for the reason that a force of that nature was a powerful weapon of fear.
