Henry Spicer (1837 – 18 October 1915) was a wholesale stationer and Liberal Party politician. Born in Islington, the son of Henry Spicer of the firm of Spicer Brothers. Following education at Mill Hill School, New College, St. John's Wood and the University of London he joined the family business. He was elected a member of the London School Board, representing the City of London from 1879-88. He was Member of Parliament for Islington South from 1885-86. Wikipedia page [1].
