This offer incensed Picard, who then told B'iJik that if Gowron was too busy to help him, there were "others" in the Empire who would be more willing. Understanding Picard's veiled threat, B'iJik passed on the message and Picard was promptly supplied with a cloaked Bird-of-Prey. (TNG: "Unification I" ) B'iJik was played by Erick Avari.
