After she and Steven are used as hostages to prevent Jack interfering, she convinces the black ops team holding her prisoner to break Jack out of prison to enlist his aid in defeating the 456. Jack uses Steven to kill the 456 by using him to transmit a resonance frequency that disrupts the wavelength-based 456. Jack knew that Steven would die but had no other option; Alice's relationship with her father completely disintegrates. Despite severing with Jack, Alice had a half-sister, Stephanie Rogers from Jack and Tobias Spy Samantha Rogers.
