Ruben Thrash is a former NASCAR driver from Inglewood, CA. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career. Both came in 1958, when Inglewood debuted at Riverside. Starting 23rd in the forty-six car field, Thrash had early engine failure and finished a disappointing 37th. He was luckily able to top that at Sacramento, completing all but nine laps in route to a 14th place fiinish.
