The event took place on January 12, 2010, during the 15.5 cycle at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC. Currently, eight matches have been announced. The main event will be a "Champions vs. Challengers" Tag Team match, where Hatchet Ryda, the LPW World Heavyweight Champion, will team-up with Styxx, the LPW International Heavyweight Champion, in a Champions vs. Challengers tag team match against Andy Savana and Krimson Mask. It marks the first time in LPW history that both World champions have teamed together in the same match. In addition, the event will host the 2009 Achievement Awards and the top five finalists for the Apex of the Decade and the top three tag teams from the Decade Apex of Tag Teams will be announced.
