It was developed as a partnership company alongside Fianar Reanus, specializing in starship repairs and the selling of used ships through auctions. In secrecy, the company was a front for the Neo-Imperial Movement, which Greiko had cast his lot in. Greiko would also gain ownership over Communications Corporation sometime in 12 ABY. Ever ambitious, Greiko successfully wrestled control over the Neo-Empire from his partners, Danik Kreldin and Reanus, and exiled the two while gaining control of their Marauder-class Corvette, the Truth and Reconciliation. He would be responsible for the Kashyyyk Massacre and ultimately veered the Neo-Empire from its goals of ousting Lorn Rhys, waging a series of terror campaigns against the New Republic. Kreldin and Reanus eventually fought back, initiating the Neo-Imperial Movement Mutiny and the Assault on Sigma Star Industries, but were ultimately unsuccessful in stopping Greiko: he had lured them into a trap, and the Neo-Empire collapsed. Afterwards, Lornan sold off the Truth and Reconciliation, Sigma Star Industries, and ComCor, and established a swoop business on Caspar and took up racing. His shop would service and sell swoops, and was one of the finest such shops registered with the Galactic Swoop League. His racing skills won him several tournaments.
