  • Lotus Blackpool was an investigative agent within PRISM for the Caspian Democratic Union. She was known for being rather silver-tongued and a bit of a spitfire, especially in the heady days of Caspia's new government and the obvious growing pains. She came to Caspia from an undisclosed location in the Colonies, but quickly found a job for her incisive demeanor as an accounts and fraud investigator on behalf of the Commissioner of Commerce's office. Within a short while, she was nominated and envested as a full-fledged PRISM agent. On a number of occasions, she would operate alone to various points of the Union, or to such places as GDI-Star. Typically, though, she'd be partnered with fellow agents like Phoebe Frost. At some point during her service, she was assigned to Presav Lyr Dunwell, and she immediately caught his eye. The two embarked on a torrid (albeit kept under wraps) affair, and it was revealed that Blackpool was carrying their child when Dunwell was assassinated in 6 ABY. In seclusion, she gave birth to the child and left Caspia, never to be seen again.
