Vital Eraser was an 'outsider rock' band, that formed in the United States in 1998, but was for most of its active time based in Newhaven. They were signed to the now-defunct Ghost Cat Music for their first album, but changed to Internal in 2003. The band was notable for mixing rock music with multimedia productions, and using styles such as wordcore. They also hosted a live radio show on LFAZ-FM from July 2005 to January 2006. They broke up in 2009.
