| Plot
| - Libra is uniting the villains of the world, while Clark stays by the bedside of his wife who was caught in an explosion at the Daily planet and Hal Jordan is arrested by the Alpha Lanterns on suspicion of killing the New God, Orion.
In preperation, Wonder Woman and Alan Scott recruit the Earth's heroes in a military draft called Article X.
- As Wonder Woman enters Bludhaven to oversee who the worldlord was who was overrunning it, she is infected with an Omega virus and the Anti-life Equation is broadcasted across the globe.
- As Father Time's S.H.A.D.E squad chases after the Question, the Supergirl from Earth 10 falls from the sky to land in New Earth. Meanwhile strange markings start appearing across the globe and Jay Garrick appears from a race with three generations of the Flash racing the Black Racer.
