Grayson let Sandy escape but kept Julie Watson hostage. NCIS Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Anthony DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd found his location and stormed the place while Agent Timothy McGee and Abigail Sciuto worked on distracting Grayson just long enough for the three Agents to get the drop on Grayson. As a result, Grayson was eventually arrested and presumably jailed.
