Theme/Story Council: This council consists of group of the Theme/Story Wizard, all Faction and Assistant Faction Heads, and any advisors should the Theme/Story Wizard choose to have them. This is not a voting body. Instead, it is a place for the Theme/Story Wizard to present ideas and get feedback from the FHs and any AFHs / advisors present. The role the council is to brainstorm for ideas, foster communication between the factions, and to plan out the story of the game. Like all decisions made by the staff, the Head Wizard is responsible for the decisions of the Theme/Story Wizard and has veto power over them. Royals: Appointed by the Head Wizard as general player helpers and lower-echelon admin types. Royals also serve as Judges and Mediators. Faction Heads and Assistant Faction Heads: Faction Heads are elected by the members of their respective factions. Elections are held every 6 months. A Faction Heads may appoint up to three (3) assistant faction heads to assist them. They are the first person players within their faction should go to for ANY admin-related issue they may need. The Faction Head is responsible for having their Faction actively participate in the Story/Theme that the Story/Theme Council pursues. There are rules for Faction Heads to be appointed by Head Wizard, should no one wish to run for election. See the election section. Site Admin: The 'Insurance Policy' to insure the intent of this document is upheld over time. The Site admin retains control of the God character and the FTP account for backing up the mush and insuring its operation.
