Yoshiro is a rather quiet introverted person, who is not known for being an extremely sociable person. However he is wise beyond his years and on the rare occasions he does speak his words are always heeded. Yoshrio has spent a lifetime learning to master Ryu Ken no Koto, the swordsmanship style of his clan. This style has many internalised techniques that rquire extreme levels of mental focus. As such Yoshiro spends large ammounts of time in meditation, contemplating the true meaning the way of the samurai.

Yoshiro is not naturally harsh or brutal in nature, however he will never shrink from a distatseful task if it is required of him. He has no qualms about fighting with his full strength against far inferior opponents, so long as he is given sufficient reason to do so. Yoshiro having been supposedly exiled in order for him to escape Wano Country with Wraith of Wrath, is very protective his nakama. They became his family when he had none and so he is more than willing to put his life on the line to proctect them.
