Flammkucken(VLM185) was born into the Lazuli on May 8, 2011. His mother was either Christiana and Toppen and his father was an unknown rover. Flammkucken was born in a large mix litter, his litter-mates were his one sister named Fran The Wo-Man(VLVF184), and three brothers named Pip(VLM186), Fran The Man(VLM187) and Sinbad(VLM188).Despite the fact that dominant female Young was pregnant, she made no attempt to kill the pups. Flammkucken and his siblings survived their first few weeks and started foraging with the adults. The Lazuli were the largest mob around with many adults and the best territory. Flammkucken and his remaining three litter-mates survived to their first birthday. Flamkucken started to rove in August 2012 with his brothers Pip and Sinbad along with several of the older males. Flammkucken became a regular rovers. In Janaury 2013, Flammkucken and several of the males took to roving, however there seemed to be a group split with several of the younger memmbers missing at the end of the month. The following month the missing meerkats returned to the Lazuli. That same month Young was found dead and Christiana, Flammkucken's possible mother, became the new dominant female. Flammkucken went roving in March. Flammkucken is still alive in the Lazuli today.
