The Omura's whale is a species of rorqual in the genus Balaenoptera. It is the third smallest member of its genus (only the two species of minke whale are smaller), growing to 11.5 m (38 ft) in length. It occurs in the Indo-Pacific, from southern Japan south to South Australia.
