The flag of Kirov Oblast, Russia, is rectangle with width/length ratio 2:3 divided into three stripes: the upper stripe is white and occupies 3/4 of the width of the flag; the middle stripe is green and occupies 1/8 of the flag width; the lower stripe is blue and occupies 1/8 of the flag width. In the centre of the white stripe there is the oblast coat of arms, fimbriated with red.
