The design was taken from the Kaminoans(at this point Phase II armor wasn't used, so the Empire didn't care about the designs), but the armor workings itself were much different. The company tried to sell the designs to the empire in exchange for the right to legally sell it, although their plan backfired and the designs were simply taken. It was created out of Beskar, or Mandalorian Iron. Thus, they decided to give it a Mandalorian name. Naur'Beskar meant "To Light up Mandalorian Iron" in Mando'a. It was equipped with a shield generator similar to that of a Droideka, only with a smaller shield, shaped to fit around the armor. It was of higher quality than that of the Droideka's, but some accident caused it to deflect both w

Also, it had problems moving, so the user would have to not move while it was activated. Some Black Market traders got their hands on an entire shipment of the armor, and sold it to The Rebel Alliance and the Black Sun.
