by Andy D In case you haven’t followed the story, four college students were shot execution style last week in Newark, New Jersey. Three of the four died, the fourth is at a hospital. There is some speculation that two of the students may have been sexually assaulted before they were lined against a wall, told too kneel down, and shot in the back of the head. As of the writing of this article, authorities have arrested two fifteen year old boys, and “Peruvian National” Jose Carranza. Carranza has been identified as an illegal alien. __NOEDITSECTION__

  • by Andy D In case you haven’t followed the story, four college students were shot execution style last week in Newark, New Jersey. Carranza has been indicted twice this year. According to Fox News, he was indicted in April on aggravated assault charges. In July, he was indicted, “…on 31 counts which included aggravated sexual assault of a child under 13 years old and endangering the welfare of a child he had a duty to supervise.” Re-read that sentence. He was indicted on 31 counts including sexual assault of a child under 13 years old. We should be outraged that anyone like that is on the streets free to commit another act of violence. But on top of that, he was an illegal alien. With this kind of rap sheet, he should have been deported, or sitting behind bars. Bail or bond shouldn’t be offered to an illegal alien. If an individual has ties to a foreign country, and have shown that they don’t respect the law because they came here illegally, why should anyone believe they will stay and await their court date? The state has committed a terrible failure here. The state had two chances to keep this guy locked up, and instead they let him out both times. Twice they could have turned him over to federal agents for deportation, and instead, he was put back out on the street where he could kill three students and leave a forth for dead. The state of New Jersey should stand trail next to Jose Carranza for their failure. Even if officials didn’t know Carranza was an illegal alien, they are still guilty of not doing their homework. Just as they should check to see if he is wanted for any other crimes, they should check and see if he is legally in the United States. Their failure may very well have cost three kids their life. __NOEDITSECTION__ From The Opinion Wiki, a Wikia wiki. From The Opinion Wiki, a Wikia wiki.
