The Bajoran farmer Mullibok escaped from a Cardassian labor camp on Bajor during the occupation in 2329 and found a new home on the moon Jerrado. (DS9: "Progress") The Cardassians maintained the Hutet labor camp on Cardassia IV, which was overseen by a prefect. In this camp Bajorans, including Li Nalas, were still held for labor despite Cardassian claims all such prisoners had been released. After Li and other prisoners were freed by Kira Nerys and Miles O'Brien in 2370, the remaining prisoners were released and sent home to Bajor. (DS9: "The Homecoming") The Cardassians also used labor camps as punishment against Cardassian criminals. Doctor Parmak was one such person incarcerated. (DS9: "The Die is Cast") The Romulans and the Breen also used labor camps. Fallit Kot was incarcerated for eight years in a Romulan camp for stealing a shipment of Romulan ale in 2362. (DS9: "Melora") When Tallera questioned Picard (as Galen) about his actions aboard Arctus Baran's ship in 2370, he refused to answer her as they weren't in a Romulan labor camp. (TNG: "Gambit, Part II" ) In 2366, the Breen attacked the Cardassian transport ship Ravinok and used its crew to mine dilithium on Dozaria. (DS9: "Indiscretion")
