The Cybrans, with unit designs not meant to stay in prolonged battles with the lightly-designed EMP stun weaponry, like to employ a hit-and-run tactic or widespread damage-dealing. Their T4-X Mobile Artillery Scathis is certainly not very accurate, but when aimed at a base, causes tremendous amounts of damage, and if it's attack outpost is ovverun, it can always drive away from the field for repair and hiding.

Their T4-X Mobile Artillery Scathis is certainly not very accurate, but when aimed at a base, causes tremendous amounts of damage, and if it's attack outpost is ovverun, it can always drive away from the field for repair and hiding. The Cybran's bombers drop large quantities of small stun-bombs that deal small amounts of damage, but still gets the job done, and dive back to cover fast. And if their Loyalist bots happen to die in battle, they have a small EMP stun meltdown so that the rest of their army can get away.
