Dear Uncle was a Maho-tsukai in the 7th century. In 664 during the Great Famine he offered abundant rice to the starving peasants around the village of Aka Mizu-umi. The crops had been enhanced through maho rituals. His cultist cell grew up and the peasants killed any Scorpion magistrates who were sent to investigate. The Phoenix eventually discovered and exposed the cultists, destroying it. Dear Uncle's fate was unknown.
