Lyrebird or better known as Claire Prinz was a top straight A student. She was flying through high school and already had at least 3 scholarships to different colleges. However when Hope Summers razed the world, she lost both her Mother and older brother. Her father and her mourned for a year before her father turned around and out of the blue made a profile on a dating site. From there he met a lovely woman whom Claire also liked. After a year they had a whirlwind marriage and Claire had another sibling; a baby half-brother.

Her father and her mourned for a year before her father turned around and out of the blue made a profile on a dating site. From there he met a lovely woman whom Claire also liked. After a year they had a whirlwind marriage and Claire had another sibling; a baby half-brother. In her second last year at college her powers manifested, she could mimic voice patterns and fingerprints among other things. She discovered this when she was ready to do a presentation in front of her English class. She was scared and ready to bolt. As she walked up the voice that came out wasn't the one of hers it was the boy before her. The colleges withdrew their scholarships and she was stripped of her honor apparently she had cheated with her powers. She was back into the depressed stages. Suddenly however an offer came up. A new academy was offering a full scholarship for her to come to their school, so she did. After she did school work by day and did different kinds of training at night she was top of the class again. She was top agent and at the end, was gifted an award. Training to become a full on S.H.I.E.L.D agent, so she did. She trained secretly for two years and became a level 4 agent. She worked as a cover agent and then a field operative until her family was brutally murdered by angered mafia members. She turned her back on being a S.H.I.E.L.D agent disillusioned with the idea they could have helped. She now occasionally helps the superheroes as Lyrebird and works's as a translator for a high paying company.
