Vasojevicki jardum is Montenegrin sheep's milk cooked on moderate heat with continuous stirring, until the whole surface is covered with foam. It is then immediately be removed from fire. Vasojevicki jardum is very dense and tasty. It can be served at the end of the meal. Sometimes salt is added.
