1. Mix the flour and the milk. Add the salt and beat in the eggs. Let the batter stand for a minute before frying. 2. Fry pancakes on a hot pan, greased with butter or margarine. 3. Serve with sweet jam. To make a sheet pancake from the same batter, pour into a greased baking pan or frying pan and bake in the oven at 225° C until golden brown.
